Client Testimonials
Don’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients say:
We got in touch with Ardent to provide us with a full condition survey for our existing lifts.
Their findings suggested a full refurbishment of our existing lifts was to be carried out, phased out to allow for adequate spread of cost to our leaseholders.
Our site is quite complex and unique but great service has been provided at all times; Ardent were also presented with challenges and complexities, given to the nature of our listed and aged buildings.
Although we started engaging them during COVID-19 restrictions, our communication has always been very positive and productive, given attention to all key aspects of our project.
I would recommend working with them and we will certainly do so for other projects.

One of our residential developments in London had lift reliability issues, so we engaged with Ardent Lift Consultancy to advise our Client on the options available to them to ensure reliable lift service at the property. For HML and our Client, it was paramount Ardent delivered a cost-effective solution.
The Ardent team recommended a new lift installation rather than refurbishing the existing lift which offered greater load capacity, operational speed, and lift performance. Gareth and Chris successfully managed the project during the Covid19 situation and ensured the lift contractors could safely deliver the project.
From our initial dealings with Ardent to the completion of the project, we have been impressed by their work ethic and would highly recommend Ardent Lift Consultancy.

Today I attended the handover of the third and final refurbished lift at St Leonards. It was a pleasure to see previously dilapidated, unreliable lifts in such a good condition.
The construction works led by Martin Meltzer, Site FSM Tony Bryan together with the concise and fundamentally wholesome scope developed and managed by Chris Eaton of Ardent allowed PIP lifts to execute such works.
This investment has the patient at the centre of its rationale providing safe, compliant, reliable lifts within a much-needed local healthcare resource in the heart of Hoxton.
It also illustrates the great collaborative work between FM Ops and Construction.
A great all-round effort with a patient centric result.

Thanks to all the team.
I must say the implementation of this lift project is a fantastic example of excellent project teamwork between all parties concerned.
Well done everyone!

We contacted Ardent Lift Consultancy to undertake a survey of the 8 lifts serving the estate at St Charles Hospital. Their survey report identified the different designs, ages, and condition of the lifts at the property, and they produced different recommendations for each lift on this basis.
Ardent were instructed to specify, tender and project manage this complex and varied contract. They delivered a well-managed project, which came in on time and under budget

We were delighted with both the quality of the final outcome and the management of the work-programme.
The project was only a week behind schedule, which is nothing given its complexity.
After a few minor teething issues we have a lift, which looks as beautiful when it was originally installed, but now moves with the smoothness of a modern one.
